How Parkers Can Contact App Support

Overview

If a parker encounters an issue or question within the app, direct them to the App Support page. They will be able to review common FAQs or contact Passport support.

The page provides multiple articles that address general questions, questions around payment, the account settings, etc. If the parker still has a question and/or issue to report after reviewing the FAQs, the support team can be reached directly from the Contact Us link.
