Overview
Help Hub allows users to receive help when they need it: right within the portal. Help Hub lets users search for help to complete a task or to answer a question.
Types of help that can be accessed through Help Hub
- Guided Flows. Walk the user step-by-step through completing a task.
- FAQs. These searchable text items provide answers to common questions.
- Articles. Hosted in our Knowledge Base, these long-form articles are searchable by the user from within the portal. Direct links take the user directly to the Knowledge Base from within the portal.
How to Access Help Hub
Within the portal, select the Help Hub icon located on the right-hand side of the screen.
