How to Create and Manage Notes

Overview

The Common Notes feature displays the current common notes set up and allows the ability to create new notes that will show up in OpsMan Mobile.

Instructions

  1. In OpsMan, navigate to the Ticketing > Settings > Common Notes tab
  2. To create a new common note, select the New Common Note button
    • When creating a new note, check the box if it should be an internal note
  3. To edit an existing common note, select the Edit button
