Overview

Keeping track of unpaid citations provides useful insight into compliance. You can utilize both the Unpaid Citations report and the Paid Citations report to calculate the percentage of citations paid and/or unpaid. In the unpaid citations report you can filter to see how many unpaid citations exist, the total dollar amount outstanding, etc.

Instructions

  1. In OpsMan, navigate to the Reports > Ticketing > Unpaid Citations tab. Filter by the zone(s), date range, etc. on the left. Once your filters are submitted, view the summary and details on the right. You can also download the report for further details.
  2. Available Fields
  3. Number of unpaid citations. The total number of individual unpaid citations for the filters selected.
    • Total amount. The total dollar amount outstanding from the unpaid citations.
