Use the Zone Report (OpsMan Web)

Overview

The zone report displays the number of tickets written and paid within a particular zone.

Instructions

1. In OpsMan, navigate to the Reports > Ticketing > Zone Report tab.
2. Use the filters on the left to generate the report for your needs.
3. Available fields
4. Total Tickets. The total number of tickets issued.
   • Total Fee. The total dollar amount due from the issued tickets.
   • Total Paid. The total number of tickets that have been paid.
   • Amount Paid. The total dollar amount that has been paid.
