Overview
If a citation was issued in error or needs to be removed for other reasons, you can easily do so from OpsMan Mobile. Important note - Once a citation has been voided, please communicate the status of the ticket to the parker as no email notification is sent from the Passport system. When citations are voided, they appear as Void in RMC pay and are thus unpayable online.
Instructions
- In OpsMan, navigate to the Ticketing > Manage Citations tab.
- Search for the citation using one or multiple of the filters on the left.
- Once the citation has been located, select the Void button.
- Select the void type, add the date it should be voided until, and add the response to the parker.
- If you are trying to void more than one citation at a time, please use the search results under Manage Citations, select the tickets you’d like to void or click Select All, then select Bulk Void. Select Void Type, enter a reason for voiding under Operator Response, then select Void.
