Overview
If a violator drives away before the enforcement officer is able to place a ticket on the vehicle, the ticket can be marked as a “drive away” and will still receive a citation in the mail.
Instructions
- After a ticket has been issued, navigate to Previous Tickets under the Ticketing header on the side menu.
- Select a ticket from the list. You will see three buttons at the bottom; select Update then scroll down to the Custom Fields section.
- Select Edit.
- Set Update Drive Away to Yes.
- Add an additional note if more context is needed.
- Select Submit.
