Overview
While in the field, a parking enforcement officer (PEO) may want to look back and review their previously issued citations. They have the ability to reprint a ticket, issue another citation with almost the same information, void the citation or update the information on the ticket.
Instructions
- Select Previous Tickets under the Ticketing header.
- Select a ticketfrom the list.
- Print allows you to reprint this ticket. This can be useful when a PEO is reaching the end of a citation paper roll, and the ticket previously printed is not legible.
- Update allows PEOs to add notes or images to the citation. This does not change the printed ticket that the violator already received. It may be best to update the information here and then reprint the ticket.
- New Ticket allows you to pull in all of the same information from the ticket into the Ticket Issuance flow and issue another ticket (example: same vehicle and location, but for a different offense.)
- To void a ticket, select the ticket from the Previous Ticket list then select Update.
- Enter your void reason in the Void Ticket text field.
- If you plan to re-issue the ticket, select the Reissue Ticket box. Otherwise, de-select it.
- Select Submit. The ticket will be added to the void queue and be officially voided in OpsMan Web. Until it’s voided by an administrator, the ticket will remain valid and Unpaid.
