Should I Use ... Parker Support or Parking Session Lookup?

The information you provide will determine whether you use Parker Support or Parking Session Lookup.

  • Example: If you know parker account information that you can use to ID a parker, you will use Parking > Parker Support.
  • Example: If you know information related to a specific session, you will use Parking > Parking Session Lookup. 
    • Note: A parking session is the duration that a vehicle is parked in a single location.

Parker Support

Look up a parker by these fields:

  • parker ID
  • name
  • email
  • phone
  • LPN
  • authorization number
  • status

View/edit this information:

  • Parking Sessions
  • Wallet Info
  • Payment Info
  • Vehicle Info
  • App Info


Parking > Parker Support

Parking Session Lookup

Look up a parking session by these fields:

  • Session/Reference ID
  • Parker/Account ID
  • LPN
  • Zone Number
  • Status

After the parking session has been selected, the Parking Session Details page displays these cards:

  • Parker Details
  • Operator Details
  • Session Details
  • Zone Details
  • Rate Details
