Pro Tip: Use the direct LPN search from the Manage Citations page.

The LPN Summary page displays all citations and related information for an LPN. This page aggregates all citations, appeals, lookups, payments, scofflaw and boot/tow status, notes, letters, and other information. Note: if the LPN does not exist in the system, this page will display empty cards for each item.

The Export feature allows you to generate a PDF file that contains only the information from cards you select.

Appeal History Card

This card displays, in chronological order, all appeals related to the LPN. Fields include: appeal date, citation number, appeal reason, appeal type, reviewer, and appeal status.

Citation Summary Card

This card displays the sum of all outstanding citation balances, the total number of citations, and the total number of citations with outstanding balances.

Immobilization History Card

This card displays as vehicle notes and includes: date/time stamp, user, and indications of status change or boot/tow detail changes. Note: this card only displays when applicable. 

Letters Card

This card displays, in chronological order, all letters for citations related to the LPN. Fields include: date, citation number, template name, created by, status, and actions.

Lookups Card

This card displays, in chronological order, all lookups performed on citations related to the LPN. Fields include: date of request, citation number, date of response, and outcome.

Offender Details Card

This card displays any known information related to the LPN. Note: this card may display invalid offender/address status.

Payments Card

This card displays, in chronological order, all payments related to the LPN. Fields include: payment date, citation number, reference number, payment type, and amount.

Permits Card

This card displays a link to any active permits related to the LPN. Note: this card only displays if an operator has access to Permits in the portal and if the LPN has an active permit.

Scofflaw Card

This card displays the outstanding amount due from all scofflaw citations. Note: this card only displays if the LPN is currently on the scofflaw list. 

Vehicle Details Card

This card displays LPN and vehicle information.

Vehicle History Card

This card displays, in chronological order, all citations related to the LPN. Fields include: issuance date, citation number, violation type, amount due, amount paid, and citation status. Note: this card may display a scofflaw status, if applicable.

Vehicle Notes Card

This card displays, in chronological order, all vehicle notes from all citations.
