Passport Labs provides an interactive space in portal where Passport can share innovative ideas with you, our clients. Passport Labs provides you the opportunity to become active participants in the product development process.

Benefits

When you choose to participate in a lab, you will have the opportunity to share opinions and feedback about ideas currently in development. By being involved in the process, your needs will be better addressed in each product.

You will have the opportunity to share valuable feedback by testing pre-development products, participating in surveys, and signing up for user interviews.

Lab Status

Each lab will be assigned a status so you know what to expect. 

• Hypothesis. New ideas that haven’t been coded, as well as opportunities to provide feedback
  • Examples: prototypes, surveys, sign ups for user interviews, etc.
• Experiment. Ideas that have been coded where users can play around with an early version of the idea
• Analysis. Lab summary and next steps
