Overview

The Real-Time Occupancy lab provides real-time insights into many key components of active parking sessions. Specifically, you will be able to view the number of sessions currently active, as well as the number of active sessions organized by zone.

This feature is available to all parking clients who share parking data with Passport.

The Real-Time Occupancy lab will provide you with real-time insights into active parking sessions so you can better understand what’s happening in your environment.

Instructions

When you log in and navigate to your Real-Time Occupancy dashboard, an Active Parking Sessions widget will be displayed. This widget will display all active sessions. 

Note: Zones will only display when they have active sessions.

The following features are currently being developed. You will be notified when these features are available.

• Map View. Plots your zones on a map and displays current parking sessions by zone.

• Space-Based information. Displays the space number associated with each session for cities that run space-based operations. 

• Parking Data for Enforcement Clients. Displays parking data you send us.

• Estimated Occupancy. Provides occupancy estimates.

• Meter Data. Displays parking session data you send us from your smart digital meters. 

• Other App Data. Displays parking session data from your other app providers.
