The iAccess Life mobile app enables users with disabilities to rate, review, and research accessibility practices in locations including restaurants, hotels, concert venues, and sporting arenas. Users can easily locate places that will accommodate their specific needs so they will feel confident making plans with friends, colleagues, and loved ones.
The integration with Passport’s platform lets users pay for parking within the app itself for an easy, safe payment option.

Portal Instructions
Parking Session Lookup
Information for all parking sessions can be viewed in Passport’s portal so approved users can easily locate, research, and refund transactions during the regular course of daily operations. Sessions can be searched on a variety of criteria including phone number, card tail, license plate, or account ID.
To access this tool, navigate to Parking > Parker and Session Search.
Parking Session Reporting
Passport’s portal uses a flexible search interface to provide comprehensive session data reports. The many user-customizable filters ensure that historical data can be instantly viewed, sorted, or downloaded in various formats. Reports can be adjusted on the fly to reflect transactions specific to any integrated application by using the Transaction Method filter (found on tabular reports including Parking Transactions and Daily Total Revenue) or the Channel filter (found on the Parking Ecosystem Insights dashboard).
Revenue Reporting
To facilitate daily and monthly reconciliation and revenue tracking, Passport’s portal provides complete financial reporting. The Settlement Summary Report for Parking provides daily details and monthly summarized views of the gross and net totals of all parking transactions initiated from various applications (including iAccess Life and Passport). To access this report, navigate to Reporting then select the Parking tab. The report can be filtered by date, exported in CSV and PDF formats, and scheduled for automatic email delivery.
The Financial Transaction Report provides details on individual transactions with their fee breakdowns, transaction types (refund, sale, void), and a summarized view of the gross/net totals that can be validated against the total settlement deposits. This report can be found in the Payment Reports in Passport’s portal, can be filtered by date and applications, and can be exported in CSV and PDF formats or scheduled for automatic email delivery.
