Why is this integration important?

PayByPhone sends parking session events to Passport which can be used for enforcement monitoring and in Passport’s Parking Ecosystem Insights dashboards.

This parking data, in conjunction with data from Passport’s parking app, provides Operators with reporting across their parking ecosystem. 

Where is this integration available?

PayByPhone events data is currently available for US cities and operators who need this for reporting purposes. Canadian operators are not supported currently.

Who is the intended audience?

This Events v3 Ingestion Integration provides cities, operators, and municipalities who want consolidated reporting (i.e., Ecosystem Reporting).

PayByPhone is now a certified integration, meaning Client Success can enable this upon request with no effort from the customer.
