How to send Letters using Tag Violations

Go to Ticketing -> Tag Violations.

Create a new tag using Create New Tag button e.g. Send Letters

Use the Filters on the left to narrow down the desired violations

Select the violations for which you want to send letters, click on Tag Violations option, and then again on the Tag Violations button.

Now use the Add Filter option on the left to include a filter for Violation Tag

Select Yes on the newly created "Send Letters" tag. Now click on Select All, and then on Generate Automated Letter.
Select the date to send and hit Generate Letter.

To remove the tag from a given Violation, click on the violation from the same Tag Violation screen, scroll down, and use the Remove Tag option
