Overview
Customers can log in to their CMRPay account and open the SpotBlock dashboard to submit a reservation request. This request will then be sent to the SpotBlock Approval Queue for review.
Instructions
Select Apply for a Reservation
Select Begin Application
Select a Reason from the dropdown, then select Continue
Note: The page will update to reflect the reason you selected.
Note: Selecting the Reason from the drop-down menu will reveal the remaining application fields related to that reason and any documentation required.
Upload documentation, then select Continue
Note: Provide Request Documentation will display if any documentation (either required or optional) is needed to support the request.
Complete the Contact Details fields, then select Continue
Complete the Timing fields, then select Continue
Start Date
Start Time
End Date
End Time
Enter desired Meter / Space IDs, then select Check Availability
Meter/Space ID
Note: Each individual Meter ID or Space ID must be entered into its own field.
Use Add Location to open additional Meter / Space ID fields.
If all requested locations are available, select Add Available Meters to Reservation
If one or more of the requested locations is unavailable, remove by selected the X in the field
Review selections under Meter / Space Selections, then select Continue
Note: Select Remove to remove any undesired locations from your selection
Review Application Summary, then select Add to Cart
Select Check Out
Note: At this point, you can either proceed with Checkout or add additional requests to the Cart.
