Overview
Three new reports will improve your reconciliation experience. You will notice that we:
created a new Group Permits Sales report that provides this information
upgraded the Permit Type Sales Total report with the new Permit Sales report so it now runs faster and includes new Order Item Types
Permit Sales Report
Overview
This report provides a list of permit sales.
How to Enable
Create a Support Ticket to enable this report.
Available Filters
Permit Type. The type of Permit sold (e.g., Residential Parking Permit, Lot X Permit).
Permit Permission. Locations where the permit is valid.
Created At. The date that the order was created. This is the same as the date and time that the transaction was completed.
Note: This is the most accurate date to use when identifying when a transaction occurred.
Payment Date. This date defaults to the Created At date unless you manually added a different value when checking out in the back office. When recording payment in the back office, you have the option to enter this Payment Date.
The primary use case for this field is when cashiers accept cash, checks, etc. and they need to record the date that payment was collected.
Order Item Type. Determines which items display in the table. By default, this will display all relevant options; however, this list can be filtered down for more specific searches.

Payment Type. Payment method.
Card
Note: This item refers to Credit Card payments collected via CMRpay.
These payment types are associated with credit card processing that happens via Passport and will be associated with a card tail.

Note: This item refers to any payment recorded in the back office where a user has selected that the payment was collected as “Credit Card”
These payment types will not be associated with a card tail.
Amount. Amount paid for the permit.
In this and other Sales reports, there are a large number of $0 transactions (e.g., permit application holds, back office entries for $0 amounts, free permits, $0 credit card holds). This filter was created so that the reports will default to NOT displaying these $0 amounts.
This filter enables you to display $0 transactions, should you desire to do so.
Group Permits Sales Report
Overview
This report provides a list group permit sales.
How to Enable

Group Name. Name of the group that purchased a particular group configuration.
Created At. The date that the order was created. This is the same as the date and time that the transaction was completed.
Note: This is the most accurate date to use when identifying when a transaction occurred.
Payment Date. This date defaults to the Created At date unless you manually added a different value when checking out in the back office. When recording payment in the back office, you have the option to enter this Payment Date.

SpotBlock Sales Report
Overview
This report provides a list of SpotBlock Reservation sales.
How to Enable
Create a Support Ticket to enable this report.
Available Filters
SpotBlock Type. Type of reservation sold (e.g., construction, food truck, etc.)
Created At. The date that the order was created. This is the same as the date and time that the transaction was completed.
Note: This is the most accurate date to use when identifying when a transaction occurred.
Payment Date. This date defaults to the Created At date unless you manually added a different value when checking out in the back office. When recording payment in the back office, you have the option to enter this Payment Date.
The primary use case for this field is when cashiers accept cash, checks, etc. and they need to record the date that payment was collected.
